Who needs a Longbar?

You might be surprised to hear us say it, but the truth is: not everybody needs a Longbar.  And that’s okay because I also realize that a whole lot of people do need a Longbar in their diet (even if they don’t know it yet).

Below is a list of reasons that you might want to get a stack of Longbars for yourself.

You might need a Longbar in your diet if:

  • work at a computer all day
  • live a generally sedentary lifestyle
  • work in a cubicle
  • work from a chair
  • have a gut
  • drink a lot of soda
  • don’t get your vitamins
  • eat fast food

Or if you just want to…

  • add a healthy low-calorie nutrient-dense snack to your diet
